Coach Cornell is a graduate of Amityville HS where he was a standout All-County, All Long Island Safety/Running back and Captain of a Long Island championship-winning team. He participated in the Blue Chip Combine prior to senior year where he clocked a 4.40 forty-yard dash time. The 3rd fastest on Long Island that year. He continued his football journey at D-1 Wagner College before finishing his football career at SUNY Cortland where he played safety and was apart of two nationally-ranked teams. He graduated from Cortland with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a fitness development concentration. Since Graduating, He has become ACE certified personal trainer and has been featured on News12 Long Island “Weekend workout” as apart of local gyms management staffs. He has trained multiple D-1 athletes as well as helped the gym beginner restructure their body helping more than one client lose north of 50lbs. Coach Cornell specializes in Speed and Agility, Strength and Conditioning, Cardio Resistance training. He is a strong believer that you get out what you put in, so if you give your best you’ll be your best and remember to always embrace the sweat!
