Program Packages

1MR currently offers 2 membership options:

  • 2 Custom Workouts Per Week
  • 4 Custom Workouts Per Week


Memberships allow all participants to attend 2 to 4 workouts per week. There are multiple time slots daily to choose from and all of these sessions are overseen and designed by 1MR staff. This allows Chris and his staff the opportunity to design custom workouts geared to your fitness needs.

You will be given a program specific to your personal goals, which is different than joining a class where everyone is completing the same exercises. Your program can focus on speed, strength, weight loss, flexibility, overall athleticism, and much more!
