Learn More About Joe Szadok

Joe Szadok

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist | Sports Performance Specialist

Joe started his fitness journey in his time in the United States Marine Corps.  Once there, he used the advice and guidance of those around him to improve his own health.  After his time in Iraq in 2006 he had put on 20lbs by using a proper diet and strength training, and improved his physical fitness score from 3rd class to 1st class.  From then on, Joe developed a passion for fitness and what it makes one capable of.  He used his new knowledge to help other junior marines around him to improve their health as well as their fitness test scores.

After the marines, Joe decided to follow his new passion for fitness and become certified to be a personal trainer.  He received his ISSA certification and immediately began training clients in their homes across Long Island.  He has done so since 2017, and has seen great results with many long term clients.  His clients have ranged from general health, to athletes, youth, and elderly clients.  He has even helped multiple clients pass fitness entry exams for NYPD, and an Army West Point student.

Since then Joe decided to aim his knowledge toward strength and conditioning for athletes.  He has been working for the last year training high school level travel baseball players.  He looks forward to bring his knowledge, and his passion for athletics to other Long Island athletes, and help them take their games to the next level, while staying atop his own game as a well-rounded personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach.
