Zack Aretakis is an athletic trainer and physique athlete originally from Long Island, New York. He holds a degree in education from Florida Gulf Coast University and a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Coach Aretakis has been a trainer and coach for over 10 years. He has helped young athletes achieve scholarships in football and wrestling, as well as prepping many physique athletes to top placings in bikini, wellness, men's physique, and classic physique. As a physique competitor, Zack has a number of high placing at top events on both the east and west coast highlighted by a top 5 placing at the southwest championship in 2020 and a top 3 placing at the Long Island championships in 2023. Coach Aretakis is ecstatic to work with the athletes at one more rep! And help them reach their maximum athletic potential!
